Every family's timeline is different, but most journeys through the Self-Determination Program move through the same four milestones.

Person-Centered Plan
Together we build and submit a Person-Centered Plan that captures your goals, and carry it through regional center review.

Budget & Spending Plan
Once your budget is approved, we draft a spending plan, coordinate with your FMS, and manage vendor or employee onboarding.

Transition & Ongoing Support
After transition into SDP, Guided Path stays on as your IF: following up on renewals, spending plan revisions, and anything that comes up along the way.
